3. What kind of Personalized items can be requested?
At Portugalheart, you can find some Atlantis Crystal, Vista Alegre and Spal products. If you wish others from their range, please send an email to info@portugalheart.pt

4. Is it possible to order items which are not on Portugalhearts' catalogue?

In case you do not find the Small Gift you are looking for, we may prepare a specific one for you, depending on the quantities you may require.

5. How long does it take to deliver an order?
The ordered items with stock will be sent up to 7 working days after the order payment confirmation. The delivery time can be less, in some specific situations confirmed with Portugalheart. Whenever the ordered items have no stock (big quantities and/or personalized items) the delivery date will be agreed with customers.

6. Does Portugalheart establish limits concerning number of items per order?
There are no limits concerning number of items per order to these products: Atlantis Crystal, Vista Alegre, Spal and Portuguese Tiles Boxes and Panels.
For the Small Gifts and packs, we present a minium quantity, which can be changed depending on the stock/article. In case you need a diferent quantity please let us know.

7. Is it possible to cancel an order?
We are not able to cancel orders. However, we will be able to make exchanges, if you like. Exchanges can be made for another product with same or superior value, but only if the product is in good conditions and the exchange is made within the established period (1 month after the invoice date). In alternative, you will be able to use this value in another purchase. The items must be sent to Portugalheart with its invoice. In this case, transport is customers' responsibility.

8. It is possible to make an item devolution or exchange?
A devolution is not accepted unless the product has some defect stated as Portugalheart's responsibility. Or either if you are delivered a damaged package. In this case you should state that to the delivery man and contact us immediately. The exchange can always be made if items are presented as in the acquisition conditions and within the established period (1 month, after the invoice date). However, items that where specially made and/or personalized, cannot be exchanged. Concerning Spal, Atlantis Crystal and Vista Alegre items, their exchange will only be accepted if they were acquired through Portugalheart. Whenever an exchange is made, the customer will be responsible for the costs of transportation, except if the exchange is Portugalheart's responsibility.
Custom made order cannot be exchanged.
Between November 15th and January 8th exchanges are not accepted.
The devolutions and exchanges items must be sent to Portugalheart with its invoice and in their original package.

12. What kind of emails will I receive after my registration?
You will receive emails related to the actions executed for you in the website (purchases, etc) and, occasionally, news concerning Portugalheart.

13. How to proceed if I forget my password?
Enter “my account” (on the top of the page), and click “forgot your password”. After you insert your email, Portugal will recover your password and sent it to your will email box.

14. How is my personal information managed?
Your data are automatically stored in a safe server, where only the Portugalheart team have access. This information is not, in any case, supplied to a third person; it is used to serv you better. This information will only used in the pursuing of negotiations/contacts with you. The advantages of being registered are, for example, when you come back to the site you'll have filled fields, you'll have your orders's history.Your email adress will be used for us: to notify you of a carried through purchase (and invoice emission); to answer to your questions and comments; to send our newsletter (if required); to send information concerning the subjects that more interests you; to answer to your Special Requests. All registerd custommers can managed their personal information in “personal area” at "my account" page. Concerning credit cards payments, it is an external entity (Paypall), that manages, processes and ensures all Portugalheart customers' payment data.

16. In which cases must I pay taxes at Portugalheart?
According to Portuguese and European Union trade legal terms, all customer invoiced within European Union, must pay taxes concerning items bought in this region. To all companies' orders (except for Portugal), a credit concerning the IVA value can be made, if the vat number is valid. Iva won't be charged to customers that are not invoiced in this region, but may have to pay taxes according to their countries' taxes laws.
